This year we will have some French mustard for the first time. In addition to buying my soy sauce and other Japanese sauces, I found these beautiful Japanese ceramic plates and a little dipping sauce ceramic dish. They are both rectangular in shape.

We have changed over the last four years. We have a greater emphasis now on Japanese sauces and spreads, but we still sell the sauces and spreads from France, Italy, and Spain.
